Our Team
A three-step hierarchy structure is followed at NMPL. At the top is the founder of the company. The company was established by a single person mindset in 1997.
Under this authoritative position lies the functional manager. The store department, accounts department, order procurement and goods delivery department, and the IT department are all coordinated by a functional head.
To manage the daily working capacities of the workers there are four different managerial positions, and each of the managers occupies one position in these four varied roles. The last but not the least, the backbone of the company are the workers working under differentiated functional areas.

It is believed that specialization of specific personnel over differential departments is crucial to attain greatest performance. We at NMPL have four departments that cover our best of the staffs to guide and maintain departmental harmony.
Store Department
The Store Department is the backbone of our company's supply chain operations. With a team of dedicated storekeepers, it efficiently manages the inventory and ensures that all necessary materials and products are readily available. The department diligently receives, inspects, and stores incoming goods, maintaining accurate records to facilitate easy access and reordering. Our storekeepers work in close coordination with other departments, anticipating their needs and ensuring timely issuance of materials. Their meticulous approach to inventory management helps smoothen the entire procedure of goods despatch to follow up.
Accounts Department
In the Accounts Department, our skilled financial experts handle the company's financial affairs with utmost precision. They are responsible for processing financial transactions, keeping detailed records of income and expenses, and managing payroll for our valued employees. The department prepares comprehensive financial reports, providing vital insights to our management team for sound decision-making and strategic planning. Order Procurement and Goods Delivery Department
Our Order Procurement and Goods Delivery Department serves as the face of our company to our valued customers.
