How do I place an order for needles or spare parts?
You can browse products in the Shop catalog, add required quantities to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Both retail and registered dealer accounts can order directly online.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept online payments, UPI, direct bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), and credit ledger payments for verified dealer accounts.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, NMPL dispatches orders throughout Karnataka and pan-India via established freight carriers and parcel couriers from our Chamrajpet logistics hub.
Dealer Accounts & Bulk Pricing
How do I become an authorized NMPL dealer?
Submit your business details via the Become a Dealer registration form. Once our team verifies your GSTIN and trade credentials, wholesale pricing and credit facilities are activated.
Where can I view my outstanding invoices and payment ledger?
Logged-in dealers have access to a real-time account ledger under Account → Ledger, showing total billed orders, credit limits, and payment receipts.

Are your Groz-Beckert needles authentic?
Yes. NMPL is the authorized sole distributor for Groz-Beckert industrial sewing machine needles across the entire Karnataka region since 1997.
Can you help identify the right needle style for special fabrics?
Absolutely. Through the Groz-Beckert Sewing Laboratories and our in-house technical team, we offer fabric testing, stitch damage analysis, and needle point recommendations.
What sewing machine brands do you distribute?
We hold authorized dealership for Typical sewing machines, along with parts and accessories for over 20 global brands including Strong H, Dayu, Golden Eagle, Schmetz, Silver Star, and more.
